My viewers can't see the bot's messages

Fansly hides other accounts' messages unless they're a moderator. Add Chatly as a mod with /mod chatly_bot, or turn off Hide Creator Messages in your stream settings.

How do I pay? Where's my subscription?

You subscribe to the chatly_bot account on Fansly ↗. Fansly handles billing securely — we never see your card.

How do I cancel?

Cancel your Fansly subscription, or just un-mod the bot — it stops right away, no hoops.

Is it safe? Do you get my password?

Never. Chatly runs as its own account you add with /mod. It can't log in as you, and you stay in control the whole time.

My auto messages aren't posting

Auto messages only post while you're live, and only when the master switch is ON. Check both and you're set.

My login code expired

Codes are short-lived for safety. Just grab a fresh one on the dashboard and paste it again.
